Almost a half-century ago, Bruce MacIntosh Sr. developed a teaching technique that has trained thousands of successful real estate agents in Colorado.

Since then, we have not only developed our own materials for the broker licensing education requirements, but constantly update the program materials so that they are always current with any changes in regulations, contract forms, and most importantly - the state license exam.

Prepare for the Broker License Exam
while studying
Unlike other real estate schools, MacIntosh doesn't make you to learn the material one way for the educational requirements, then another way to prepare for the state exam. If you are looking for a self-paced, home-study course then you don't have time for that.

Instead, our coursework is specially-designed to fulfill the Colorado Associate Broker educational requirements (168 hours / 6 courses) and prepare you for the tricky state licensing exam while you are studying!

For example: Every topic (chapter) in the text is followed with quiz questions that are just like the questions that appear on the state licensing exam. Then the final exams are designed to follow the exact same format and difficulty-level of the actual state licensing exams, (except that our finals have more questions - to better prepare the student.)

Study from Home or Work
You are not required to conform to someone else's classroom schedules: You may study at your own pace, on your own schedule and take up to 8 months to complete the program.


Online Testing
We are the first Colorado real estate educational institution with an interactive web presence. You may take your final exams on-line and receive your scores almost immediately!


State Exam Prep Tests
We have online Prep Exams which are constantly updated with new questions that have appreared on recent State License exams. Unlike other schools, these Prep Exams are included in the price of tuition.


Personal Attention
Via Email, we offer any assistance and answer any questions a student has while studying. Depending on the complexity of the question and time submitted, responses usually follow within a few hours.

Unlike the classroom experience, you can receive one-on-one attention if you need. You don't have to feel like another face in a classroom, and you don't have to wait for the next class to ask a question and get an answer.

The Director of the School provides analysis with the results of every exam - suggesting study techniques or topics on which to focus.
